Account deletion

You can delete your Hertz Energy account at any time.

In the app

  1. Open the Hertz Energy app.
  2. Go to “Profile”.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Contact us with the phone number you registered with — we will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Phone number, name, email, car — deleted.
  • Saved bank cards — deleted.
  • Payment and charging records — kept de-identified for accounting.
  • Remaining balance — cancelled on deletion. Contact us before deleting to get it refunded.
