Hertz Energy LLC (“we”) operates an electric vehicle charging network and the Hertz Energy mobile app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

  • Phone number — to sign in with an SMS code.
  • Name, email and car — only if you enter them.
  • Charging sessions: station, time, energy (kWh), amount.
  • Balance and payments: amount, date, status.
  • Saved bank cards: only the payment provider (FizzaPay) token and a masked number (e.g. 402116******0270). We never see or store the full card number, CVV or card details.
  • Location — used only on your phone to show nearby stations; not sent to our servers.
  • Camera — only to scan a station QR code; images are not stored.

How we use data

  • Starting and stopping charging, calculating the price.
  • Topping up your balance and verifying payments.
  • Customer support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Third parties

  • FizzaPay (fpay.az) — card and Google Pay payments, card saving.
  • LSIM — sending SMS codes (phone number only).
  • We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention and security

Data is kept while your account is active. Payment and charging records required for accounting may be kept in de-identified form after the account is deleted. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS.

Your rights

You can view and change your data and delete your account — in the app or by contacting us. Account deletion
